Materials Needed:
PSP X3 or any version should work.
Tube of choice. I am using the awesome art of PinUp Toons.
You can purchase this art at Creative Design Outlet.
You must have a license to use this art.

Mask of choice. I am using 530InsatiableDreams from InsatiableDreams.
EyeCandy 4000 - Gradient Glow for text.
Font of choice. I am using Saginaw.
Lets begin.
Open a new 700x700 transparent image.
Foreground - #000097 - Background - #b81528
Make your foreground a foreground gradient. Go to edit and add at 50% a new color White. Save as what every you like. You can also use any red - white - blue gradient you may already have.
Make your gradient - Radial - Angel - 45 - Repeats 3.
Add a new raster layer - flood fill with your gradient.
Adjust - add/remove noise - add noise - Uniform - 100%.
Apply your mask - merge group - resize 85%.
See my tag for placement of elements and tube.
Open your tube - resize if needed - copy - paste as new layer.
Open ee33 - resize 75% - copy - paste as new layer.
Move under your tube layer.
Open ee8 - resize 65% - copy - paste as new layer.
Duplicate - position to the right.
Duplicate - image - mirror.
Erase the dashed line as needed.
Move all under tube layer.
Open ee19 - resize 60% - copy - paste as new layer.
Duplicate - resize 65%.
Duplicate - resise 85%.
Move all under tube layer.
Make sure that the smallest one is on top of the largest one in your layers pallet.
Open ee2 - resize 40% - copy - paste as new layer.
Crop and resize to what ever you like - I do 500 on the longest side.
Open ee37 - resize 85% - copy - paste as new layer.
Move this layer right under your tube layer.
Add a drop shadow of choice to all elements and tube.
Be sure to sharpen.
Add © copyright information, license number and any text or name you want. Save as transparent png.
