Materials Needed:
PSP X3 or any version should work.
Tube of choice. I am using the beautiful art of Caron Vinson
You can purchase it at Creative Design Outlet
Scrap kit Steampunked by Mellie Beans.
Kit can be purchased at Mystical Scraps or HeartBeatz Creations.

Mask of choice.
I am using RR_Mask23_1 from Rocked by Rachel. Mask set 23.
Font of choice. I am using QuillPerpendicularCondensed.
Lets begin.
Open a new 700x700 transparent image.
Open e34 - resize 50% copy - paste as new layer.
Position up and to the left.
Open e1 - resize 40% - copy - paste as new layer.
Move under the clock gears layer.
Position up and to the right.
Keep this layer highlighted as the following will also go under the clock gears.
Open e2 - copy - paste as new layer.
Position down to the right.
Highlight the top layer.
Open e3 - copy - paste as new layer.
Position down and to the left.
See my tag for placement.
Open your tube resize as needed - copy - paste as new layer.
Open e24 - resize 40% - copy - paste as new layer.
Duplicate.
Open e38 - resize 21% - copy - paste as new layer.
Duplicate.
Open e39 - resize 40% - free rotate 75 - left.
Erase the right end.
Open e17 - resize 25% - copy - paste as new layer.
Open e18 - resize 50% - free rotate - 15 - right.
Open e11 - resize 25% - copy - paste as new layer.
Open e16 - resize 30% - free rotate - 32 - left.
Open e29 - resize 20% - copy - paste as new layer.
Add a new raster layer - send to bottom - select all.
Open pp4 - paste into selection.
Apply mask - merge group - move down a bit.
Add a drop shadow of choice.
Crop - resize - sharpen.
Merge visible add © copyright information, license number and any text or name you want. Save as transparent png.
