Fairy Designs Tutorials-2014
This tutorial is my own creation and written by me July 28, 2014. Any resemblance to others is purely coincidental.
This tutorial was written for those with a working knowledge of PSP.

Materials Needed:
PSP X3 or any version should work.
Tube of choice. I am using the beautiful art of Elisabeth Bell
You can purchase her at at Creative Design Outlet.
You must have a license to use her art.
Scrap Kit IB-ElisabethBell-3-1 by Babycakes Scraps.
You can purchase it at Creative Design Outlet.
Template Chichi_temp_7 by Chichi Designz.
Mask of choice. I am using 598InsatiableDreams from InsatiableDreams.
MuRa's - Cloud.
Font of choice. I am using Luna Bar.
EyeCandy 4000 - Gradient Glow for text.
Lets begin.
Open the template - duplicate - close original.
Delete the following layers.
Credits - gotcha - gotcha black layer - grad grain circle.
Highlight the half tone layer - using the manual color correction to recolor.
Source - 000000 - Target - feca31.
Highlight black lines - select all - float - defloat - invert.
Open paper 5 - resize 65% - copy - paste as new layer - position - hit delete on keyboard.
Highlight pink circle - select as before.
Open paper 6 - copy - paste as new layer - hit delete on keyboard.
Do the same for the white frame and pink rectangle.
Highlight black circle - select as before.
Open paper 4 - resize 65% - copy - paste as new layer - position in circle - hit delete on keyboard.
Highlight black rectangle - select as before.
Open paper 2 - resize 65% - copy - paste as new layer.
Position in rectangle - hit delete on keyboard.
Highlight black frame - select as before.
Make your foreground 7479fa background ffffff
Add new layer - highlight the new layer - apply MuRa's Meister - cloud - default.
See my tag for placement.
Highlight the top layer.
Open element 28 - resize 85% - copy - paste as new layer.
Open element 12 - resize 50% - copy - paste as new layer.
Move under the grass layer.
Highlight the top layer.
Open element 17 - resize 85% - image - mirror - copy - paste as new layer.
Erase part of the dashed trail - apply drop shadow of choice.
Hide all layer except the grass and bee layer.
Merge visible.
Highlight the cloud layer - select all - float - defloat.
Using the move tool hold down the right button on your mouse - grab the marching ants and move down to the grass area like below - copy - select none.

Highlight black frame - select as before.

Add new layer - highlight the new layer - apply MuRa's Meister - cloud - default.

Highlight the top layer.
Open element 28 - resize 85% - copy - paste as new layer.
Open element 12 - resize 50% - copy - paste as new layer.

Open element 17 - resize 85% - image - mirror - copy - paste as new layer.

Open all layers.
Highlight the cloud layer and paste - position in the frame.
Open your tube and resize as needed - copy - paste as new layer.
Apply a drop shadow of choice. I applied a drop shadow to all the template pieces using 0-0-62-7.92 and to everything else 3-3-62-7.92.
Add a new raster layer - send to bottom - fill with a0bd6b - apply your mask - merge group.
Crop and resize to your liking. Be sure to sharpen all elements.
Add © copyright information, license number and any text or name you want. Save as transparent png.
