Fairy Designs Tutorials-2014
This tutorial is my own creation and written by me July 15, 2014. Any resemblance to others is purely coincidental.
This tutorial was written for those with a working knowledge of PSP.

Materials Needed:
PSP X3 or any version should work.
Tube of choice. I am using the beautiful art of VeryMany
You can purchase it at VeryMany Tubes.
You must have a license to use her art.
Scrap kit Lavender Moments by Mellie Beans.
Kit can be purchased at Mystical Scraps or HeartBeatz Creations.
Mask of choice. I am using WSL_Mask84 by WeeScotsLass.
Font of choice. I am using ValentinaJF.
EyeCandy4000 - Gradient Glow.
Lets begin.
Open a new 700x700 transparent image.
See my tag for placement.
Open your tube - resize if needed - copy - paste as new layer.
Add new raster layer - selections - select all.
Open pp05 - copy - paste into selection - merge group.
All of the following layers go under your tube layer.
Open e17 - resize 70% - copy - paste as new layer.
Open e22 - resize 70% - copy - image - mirror -paste as new layer.
Duplicate - merge down.
Dupplicate - image - flip.
Move down just a bit.
Open e20 - resize 75% - copy paste as new layer.
Open e24 - resize 50% - copy - paste as new layer.
Open e23 - resize 50% - copy - paste as new layer.
Move layer under the column layer.
Stay on this layer so that the next element will go on top of it but still be under the column.
Open e12 - resize 40% - copy - paste as new layer.
Duplicate.
Highlight the column layer.
Open e36 - resize 20% - copy - paste as new layer.
Using the pick tool rotate to the left just a bit.
Open e14 - copy - paste as new layer - free rotate - 90 - left - resize 60%.
See below as to what needs erased.

Open e02 - resize 15% - copy paste as new layer.
Add a drop shadow of choice.
Crop and resize - be sure to sharpen all elements and tube - merge visible.
Add © copyright information and license number.
Add what ever name that you would like.
