This tutorial was written for those with a working knowledge of PSP.

Materials Needed:

PSP X3 or any version should work.

Tube of choice. I am using  beautiful art of Anna Liwanag.

You can get her art at Creative Design Outlet.
Mask of choice. I am using MB and SW Banner Mask 2 from Moonbeams and Spiderwebs.
Font of choice. I am using Sverige Script Decorated Demo
Xreo - Porcelain and Soft Vignette.




Lets begin.
Open a new 600x250 transparent image.
Fill with a medium color from your tube. Rename it background.
Add a new raster layer - fill with a light color from your tube. Rename it mask
Apply mask - merge group.
Highlight the background layer.
Effects - texture effects - weave.
Gap size 1 - width 10 - opacity 1 - weave and gap color white - fill gaps checked.
Add new raster layer - rename it frames.
Selection tool set on rectangle - custom selection  with these settings.
Top 11 - Left 507 - Right 583 - Bottom 86.
Fill with a color of choice from your tube.
Selections - select none.
Custom selection with these settings.
Top 90 - Left 392 - Right 518 - Bottom 140.
Fill with the same color.
Selections - select none.
Custom selection with these settings.
Top 144 - Left 488 - Right 588 - Bottom 244.
Fill again with the same color.
Selections - select none.
Selections - select all - float -defloat - invert.
Open your close up tube - (I had to mirror mine) copy - paste as new layer.
Position it within the frames how ever you like.
Hit delete on the keyboard.
Selections - invert - modify - select selections borders.
Both sides - border width 2 anti-alis checked.
Add a new raster layer.
Flood fill with a darker color from your tube.
Selections - select none.
Apply inner bevel.

Highlight the tube layer.

Apply Xreo - Porcelain.

Selections - select all - float - defloat.

Apply Xreo - Soft Vignette.

Selections - select none.

Highlight the top layer - merge down twice.

Duplicate - image - mirror.

Open the other tube and resize as needed - copy - paste as new layer.

Apply the same Xreo - Porcelain.

Add a new raster layer - fill with the same color you did the frame borders - expand 1 - hit delete on the keyboard.

Apply a drop shadow of choice.

Be sure to sharpen.

Add © copyright information, license number and any text or name you want. 

Save as a JPG.
