This tutorial was written for those with a working knowledge of PSP.

Materials Needed:
PSP X3 or any version should work.
Tube of choice with a close up. I am using the beautiful art of VeryMany

Mask of choice. I am using gemsmask206 from gemsmask set #205-213
You can get it at Gems Taggin Scraps.
Font of choice. I am using Luna Bar.
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow for text.
Lets begin.
Open a new 700x700 transparent image.
Flood fill with white.
Open ee7 - resize 65% - copy - paste as new layer.
Duplicate - merge down.
Click inside with the magic wand - modify - expand - 8 - invert.
Open pp7 - resize 65% - copy paste as new layer.
Hit delete on the keyboard.
Keep selected.
Open the close up of your tube - mirror - resize as needed - copy - paste
as new layer.
Move under the frame layer - position in the frame - hit delete on the keyboard.
Selections - select none.
Duplicate - highlight the original - adjust - blur - gaussian blur - 16.
Highlight the duplicate - effects- photo effects - black and white film - on default - lower the opacity to 55 or your liking.
Paste your full tube - resize as needed - copy - paste as new layer.
Open ee11 resize 85% - erase from the bottom leaf down - copy - paste as new layer.
Move below the frame layer.
Duplicate - image mirror.
The following will go under your frame layer.
Open ee21 - copy - paste as new layer.
Position to the bottom right.
Duplicate.
Position to the top left.
Open ee36 - copy - paste as new layer.
Position to the bottom left.
Duplicate - image - flip - mirror.
Position tot he top right.
Move the bottom brown flower to the top of the top brown flower in the layers pallet.
Open ee28 - copy - paste as new layer.
Move this layer between the brown flowers.
This should give you the wreath on top of the top brown and yellow flower.
Open ee4 - resize 35% - image - mirror - flip - copy - paste as new layer.
Move above the wreath layer.
Highlight the top layer.
Open ee32 - resize 40 % - copy - paste as new layer.
Open ee18 - resize 40 % - copy - paste as new layer.
Open ee2 - resize 20% - copy - paste as new layer.
Open ee3 - resize 20% - copy - paste as new layer.
Duplicate - free rotate - 55 - left.
Highlight the white layer.
Add a new raster layer - selections - select all.
Open pp9 - copy - paste into selection.
Select none.
Apply your mask - merge group.
I positioned my mask down a bit.
Apply a drop shadow of choice.
Crop and resize to your liking.
Be sure to sharpen.
Add © copyright information, license number and any text or name you want. Save as transparent png.
