Scrap kit Silent Rain by Babcakes Scraps

Mask of choice. I am using MPM_mask42 by Millie's PSP Madness.
Font of choice. I am using Zen.
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow for text.
Open a new 700x700 transparent image.
Open paper 9 - copy - paste into selection.
Apply your mask - merge group.
Open your tube and resize as needed - copy - paste as new layer.
Open element 64 - copy - paste as new layer.
Move under tube layer.
Keep highlighted as the following also go under tube layer.
Open element 31 - resize 85% - copy - paste as new layer.
Duplicate - resize 90% - image - mirror - position right.
Duplicate - resize 85% - position left.
It should look something like this.
I closed my mask so that you could see better what I did.
Highlight your top layer.
Open element 15 - copy - paste as new layer.
Open element 63 - resize 65% - copy - paste as new layer.
Open element 38 - resize 75% - copy - paste as new layer.
Open element 60 - resize 60% - free rotate - 23 - left - copy - paste as new layer.
Open element 9 - resize 55% - copy - paste as new layer.
Open element 25 - resize 40% - copy - paste as new layer.
Apply a drop shadow of choice - crop - resize to your liking.
Be sure to sharpen all element and tube.
Merge visible add © copyright information, license number and any text or name you want. Save as transparent png.
