Fairy Designs Tutorials-2014
This tutorial is my own creation and written by me August 22, 2014. Any resemblance to others is purely coincidental.  
This tutorial was written for those with a working knowledge of PSP.
Please do not copy or claim as your own.  
 Anything you produce from this tutorial is yours to do what 
you wish for personal use only.  No profit is to be made from your results.

Materials Needed:
PSP X3 or any version should work.
Tube of choice. I am using the beautiful art of Michi Art
You can purchase it at Creative Designs.
You need a license to use this art.
Scrap kit CD_IceCreamPear-sm by Chichi Designz. 
Kit can be purchased at Creative Design Outlet.
Xreo - Porcelain and Soft Vignette.
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow for text.

Lets begin.
Open a new 600x200 transparent image.
Open paper 2 - copy - paste as new layer.
Apply Xreo - Soft Vignette - apply again.

Duplicate - on this layer using the selections tool set on Add(shift) - select in between stripes as close as you can.
Hit delete on the keyboard.

Effects - edge effects - enhance.
Open flowervine 2 - resize 65% - copy - paste as new layer.
Duplicate - on the original erase the lanterns as below. Make sure you get all the glow.

Add a drop shadow of choice to this layer not the top one.
Open butterfly doodle - resize 55% - copy - paste as new layer.
Position to the far left.
Duplicate - position to the far right.
Duplicate - position to the middle.
Open your tube - resize as needed - copy - paste as new layer.
You may now need to adjust the butterfly's.
Apply Xreo - Porcelain to your tube.

Highlight the top layer - add a new raster layer - fill with ffb352.
Selections - select all - modify - contract - 2 - hit delete on the keyboard - keep selected.
Fill with faebdc - modify - contract - 1 - hit delete on the keyboard.
Selections - select none.
Add a drop shadow of choice to the elements and tube - be sure to sharpen.
Add © copyright information and license number.
Add what ever name that you would like.
