This tutorial was written for those with a working knowledge of PSP.

Materials Needed:

PSP X3 or any version should work.
Tube of choice. I am using the beautiful art of Anna Marine.
You can purchase her at at Creative Design Outlet.
You must have a license to use her art.
Scrap kit IB_AnnaMarine-51-1 you can purchase it at Creative Design Outlet.
Two mask of choice. I am using WSL_Mask84 from WeeScotsLass and
Becky_Mask023. Becky's site is gone now but her mask can still be accessed using thewaybackmachine  it is in zip1.
EyeCandy 4000 - Gradient Glow for text.
MuRa's Meister - Clouds.
Font ValentinaJF.




Lets begin.
Open a new 700x700 transparent image.
Open element 14 - resize 75% - copy - paste as new layer.
Open your tube and resize as needed. If you are using the same tube, I used the larger of the full tube and resized 75%.
Open element 22 - resize 75% copy - paste as new layer.
Move this layer under the tube layer.
The following will go under the skull grass.
See my tag for placement.
Open element 20 - resize 75% - copy paste as new layer.
Position to the right.
Duplicate - resize 75% - position down even with the skull grass and over to the left a bit.
Open element 5 - resize 65% - copy - paste as new layer.
Duplicate.
Open element 17 - copy - paste as new layer.
Move this layer under the column layer and position over to the left behind the column.
Open element 9 - resize 75% - copy - paste as new layer.
Move this layer above the purple flower layers.
Open element 1 - resize 85% - copy - paste as new layer.
Move this layer below the column layer.
Open element 11 - resize 75% - copy - paste as new layer.
Move this layer under the unicorn layer.
Add a new - arrange - send to bottom.
Make your foreground color #9177b8.
Flood fill new layer.
Apply WSL_Mask84 - merge group.
Add a new raster layer.
Make your foreground #2e2233 your background #3e2f46
Apply MuRa's Meister - Clouds - default.

Apply Becky_Mask023 - merge group.

Resize - 95% - move it over to the right just a bit.

Add drop shadow of choice to all elements except for the cloud.

Crop and resize to 500 on the longest side.

Open element 21 - copy - paste as new layer.

Make sure you sharpen all layers. 

Merge visible. 

Add © copyright information, license number and any text or name you want.
