Materials Needed:

PSP X3 or any should work.

Tube of choice I am using the beautiful art of Caron Vinson.

You can purchase her art at Creative Design Outlet.

You must have a license to use this art.

Scrap Kit Rainbow Beach by  Jackie's Jewels

The kit can be purchased at Pimpin' PSPers Warehouse 

Mask WSL_Mask84 from Weescotslass Creations.

EyeCandy 4000 - Gradient Glow for text.

Xreo - Porcelain.

Lets begin.

Open a new 700x700 transparent image.

Open element 2 - resize 70% - copy - paste as new layer.

Click inside with the magic wand - selections - modify - contract - 4 - invert.

Open pp2 - resize 50% - copy - past as new layer. 

Move the layer under the frame and position it up and to the right.

Hit delete on the keyboard. 

Leave selected.

Open element 11 - resize 35% - copy paste as a new layer.

Move layer under the frame layer and position it to the right so it goes out over the water. 

Hit delete on the keyboard.

Select none.

Apply Xreo - Porcelain with default settings to the paper.

See my tag for placement.

Open element 65 - copy - paste as new layer.

Duplicate.

Open element 94 - resize 75% - copy - paste as new layer.

Open element 55 - resize 40% - copy - paste as new layer.

Move under the tree layer.

Open element 60 - resize 50% - copy - paste as new layer.

Open element 51 - resize 45% - copy - paste as new layer.

Open element 15 - resize 35% - copy - paste as new layer.

Open element 47 - resize 35% - copy - paste as new layer.

Open element 52 - resize 35% - copy - paste as new layer.

Duplicate.

Add a new raster layer - arrange - send to bottom.

Selections - select all.

Open pp14 - copy - paste into selection.

Select none.

Apply mask - merge group - image - mirror - resize 90%.

Add a drop shadow of choice to all elements and tube.

Crop and resize to your liking.

Be sure to sharpen.

Add © copyright information, license number and any text or name you want. Save as transparent png.
