Materials Needed:

PSP X3 or any version should work.
Tube of choice. I am using the beautiful work of VeryMany.
You can purchase this art at VeryMany Tubes
You must have a license to use this art.
Scrap kit Whimsy by BCS  Blue Butterfly Designs.
You can purchase her kits at Scrappin' Sisters 

Mask of choice. I am using gemsmask206 from  gemsmask set #205-213

You can get it at Gems Taggin Scraps. 

Font of choice I am using a free font Inspiration.

EyeCandy 4000 - Gradient Glow for text.

Xreo - Porcelain

Lets begin.
Open a new 700x700 transparent image.
Open paper six and set as your foreground - set background null.
Using the preset shapes tool set as below.

Draw out an oval shape starting at 107 - 107  draw out to 483 - 583.

Objects - align - center of canvas.

Convert to raster layer - apply the following inner bevel.

Click inside with the magic wand - modify - contract - 4 - invert.

Open paper eleven - resize 75% - copy - paste as new layer.

Move under the frame.

Hit delect on the keyboard.

Keep selected.

Open your tube - resize if needed - copy paste as new layer.

Move under the frame

Position in the frame - hit delete on the keyboard.

Apply Xreo - Porcelain - default.

Make sure you are on the top layer.

Open ivy - resize 65% - copy - paste as new layer.

Open blossom two - resize 40% - copy - paste as new layer.

Duplicate - position center of ivy.

Duplicate - image - flip.

Open butterfly three - resize 75% - copy - paste as new layer.

Using the pick tool rotate to the left a little bit.

Open tied string two - resize 60% - image - mirror - erase the string on top with the loop - copy - paste as new layer.

Add a new raster layer - arrange - send to bottom.

Selection - select all.

Open paper fifteen - copy - paste into selection.

Select none.

Apply your mask - merge group- resize 85% - duplicate.

Add a drop shadow of choice to all elements and tube.

Crop and resize to your liking.

Be sure to sharpen.

Add © copyright information, license number and any text or name you want. Save as transparent png.
