Materials Needed:

PSP X3 or any version should work.
Tube of choice. I am using the beautiful work of PinUp Toons.

You can purchase it at Creative Design Outlet.

You must have a license to use this art.
Scrap Kit ScrapBCS_IB-PinOops-13-3 by Babycakes Scraps.
You can get it at Creative Design Outlet.
Mask Monti'sBlindsMask You can get it at Mont's Pixel Playground.
A Red, White and Blue gradient of choice.
Font of choice. I used Comic Sans.
EyeCandy 4000 - Gradient Glow for text.




Lets get started.
Open a new 700x700 transparent image.
Using the Preset Shape Tool - rectangle - solid line - foreground and background set on black.
Start at 0/0 and draw out a rectangle ending around 225/454.
See my tag for placement.
Duplicate and recolor using the adjust - brightness and contrast - you just need to change it a bit so that you can see it from the black one.
Selections - select all - float - defloat - modify - contract - 6.
Hit delete on the keyboard - rename it frame.
Using the Manual Color Correction - recolor the frame.
Source - 000000 - Target - a90000.
Highlight the black rectangle.
Selections - select all - float - defloat - invert.
Open paper 1 - resize 75% - copy - paste as new layer.
Position the paper so you have just the stars not the border around the paper.
Hit delete on the keyboard.
Leave selected.
Open your tube and resize if needed - copy - paste as new layer.
Position where you would like.
Hit delete on the keyboard.
Select none.
See my tag for placement.
Open element 4 - resize 75% - copy paste as new layer.
Image - free rotate - 90 - left.
Open element 5 - resize 75% - copy paste as new layer.
Image - free rotate - 115 - left.
Open element 1 - resize 75% - copy - paste as new layer.
Add a new raster layer - arrange - send to bottom.
Flood fill with the gradient.
Apply mask - merge group - resize 85%.
Highlight the mask layer as the following goes on top of it.
Open element 22 - copy - paste as new layer.
Open element 23 - copy - paste as new layer.
Open element 28 - copy - paste as new layer.
Highlight the top layer.
Open element 14 - resize 50% - copy paste as new layer.
Open element 17 - resize 50% - copy - paste as new layer.

Apply a drop shadow of choice to all elements and tube.

Crop and resize to your liking.

Be sure to sharpen.

Add © copyright information, license number and any text or name you want. Save as transparent png.
