This tutorial was written for those with a working knowledge of PSP. Please do not

Materials Needed:
PSP X3 or any version should work.
I am using the beautiful art of Verymany.
You can purchase it at VeryMany Tubes
You must have a license to use their art.

You can get it at Gems Taggin Scraps
EyeCandy 4000- Gradient Glow for text.
Lets begin.
Open a new 700x700 transparent image.
Open ee24 - resize 75% - copy - paste as new layer.
Click inside the frame with the magic wand.
Selections - modify - contract - 4.
Add a new raster layer.
Open pp10 - copy - paste into selection.
Move this layer below the frame layer.
Add a new raster layer - send to bottom.
Selections - select all.
Open pp11 - copy - paste into selection.
Select none.
Apply your mask - merge group.
Resize 80% - position over to the far left - duplicate - mirror.
Open ee5 - resize 75% - copy paste as new layer.
Move this layer down under the frame background layer.
Position down below the frame.
Duplicate - position down a bit from the first.
Open ee31 - copy - paste as new layer.
Move this layer below the grass layer
Position down between the grass layer and frame layer.
You are really just covering up the space between your tube and the frame.
Open the following elements and resize as stated.
See my tag for placement.
Highlight the frame background layer as these elements will be
below the frame layer.
ee14 - resize 25%.
ee19 - resize 35%.
Duplicate - resize - 50%
ee10 - resize 10%.
Make sure you are on your top layer.
ee34 - resize - 45%.
ee1 - resize 35%.
Duplicate.
Duplicate - mirror.
ee23 - resize 20%.
ee43 - resize 25%.
Duplicate.
Duplicate - mirror.
ee7.
Open your tube resize if needed - copy - paste as new layer.
ee44 - resize 35%.
Now move the first duplicate of ee1 and 43 to the top.
Add a drop shadow of choice to all elements except the grass.
Also you will now notice the steams of ee7 showing just erase them.
Merge visible - crop - resize - sharpen
Add © copyright information, license number and any text or name you want. Save as transparent png.
