Materials Needed:

PSP X3 or any version should work.

I am using the beautiful art of Caron Vinson.

You can purchase this art at Creative Design Outlet.

You must have a license to use her art.

EyeCandy 4000 - Gradient Glow for text.

MuRa's Meister - Copies

AAA Frames - Foto Frames

Lets begin.

Open a new 600x250 transparent image.

Flood fill with de90a4.

Rename bg1.

Add a new raster layer.

Open ee3 - resize 15% - copy - paste as new layer.

Apply MuRa's Meister - Copies - wallpaper - default.

Lower opacity 30 or what ever you like.

Rename bg2.

Add a new raster layer.

Select all.

Open pp6 - copy - past into selection - select none.

Apply mask - merge group.

Lower opacity 47 or what ever you like.

Rename bg3.

See my tag for placement of the following.

ee15 - resize 12%.

ee17 - resize 12%.

Duplicate - image - mirror - image - flip.

ee2 - resize 10% - image - free rotate - 25- left.

Duplicate - image - mirror.

ee9 - resize 10%.

Click inside the frame with the magic wand.

Selections - modify - expand- 7 - invert.

Open your tube and resize as needed - copy - paste as new layer.

Duplicate - move below the frame - hit delete on the keyboard.

Select none.

On the top tube add drop shadow of choice then click inside frame again

same settings.

Erase the part of the tube you don't want outside the frame.

Select none.

Apply drop shadow of choice to all elements.

Close all 3 backgrounds.

Merge visible the rest.

Crop all layers.

Open the backgrounds

On the merged layer apply AAA Frames - Foto Frame - settings below make sure you check Negative.

Highlight bg1 and apply Foto Frame again.

Merge - visible - sharpen.

Add © copyright information, license number and any text or name you want. Save as transparent png.
