This tutorial was written for those with a working knowledge of PSP. Please do not
copy or claim as your own. Anything you produce from this tutorial is yours to do what
you wish for personal use only. No profit is to be made from your results.
Materials Needed:
PSP X3 or any version should work.
Tube of your choice. I am using the awesome art of Anna Marine.
You can purchase it at Creative Design Outlet
You must have a license to use this art.
Scrap kit ScrapLHD_IB-RachelAnderson-13-2.
Sorry to say that this kit is no longer available.
Lets Begin
Open a new transparent image 700 x 700.
Open element 10 - resize 95% - copy - paste as new layer.
Open frame 1 - resize 75% - copy - paste as a new layer.
Click inside the frame with the magic wand tool - selections - modify 2 - invert.
Open paper 6 - resize 75% - copy - paste as new layer hit delete on your keyboard.
Keep selected. Open your tube copy- paste as a new layer - position a little to the right and up.
With your eraser tool erase the bottom part of your tube below the marching ants.
Selections - select none.
Open element 16 - resize 75% - copy - paste as new layer - position to the bottom of the frame.
Duplicate - free rotate left 90 - image - mirror.
Open element 13 - resize 75%- copy - paste as new layer. Position down.
Duplicate - free rotate left 90 - image - mirror. Position down just a bit.
Hide your duplicate - back to the original - erase the leaf over the tube.
You can now unhide the duplicate.
Open element 4 - resize 50% - copy - paste as new layer.
Position down to the left almost centered between your element 13.
Duplicate twice - position one down and to the right the other up to the left.
Open element 5 - resize 55% - copy - paste as new layer.
Position to the left and under your first orange flower.
Duplicate - move it up above the top orange flower.
Duplicate the original - move to the right.
Duplicate - image - mirror - flip move to the far right.
Open element 24 - resize 75% - copy - paste as new layer.
Position it to the left and below the top flower.
Duplicate - free rotate - left - 90 - image - flip.
Position down and under the orange flower.
Open element 7 - resize 65% - copy - paste as new layer.
Position to the left. Duplicate - resize - 65%.
Position down and to the right a bit.
Open element 11 - resize 55 % -copy - paste as new layer.
Position down between the 2 lanterns.
Open element 15 - resize 35% - copy - as a new layer - free rotate - left 30.
Position to the top.
Duplicate - mirror.
Position down beside the small lantern.
Duplicate - resize - 75% - mirror.
Position up a bit.
Open element 4 - resize 35%.
Position down in front of the large lantern.
Open element 16 - resize 50%.
Position down and below the flower.
Add a drop shadow of your choice to all elements and tube.
Crop and resize.
Add © copyright information, license number and any text or name you want.
