This tutorial was written for those with a working knowledge of PSP. Please do not
copy or claim as your own. Anything you produce from this tutorial is yours to do what
you wish for personal use only. No profit is to be made from your results.
Materials Needed:
PSP X3 or any version should work
Animation Shop
Eye Candy 4000-Gradient Glow for text
Mask 96 by Spawn Here
DSB Flux- Bright Noise
Xero- Porcelain and Radiance
Tube of your choice. I used the beautiful art of Karen Middleton.
You can purchase her art at Creative Design Outlet.
You must have a license to use this art.
Pick a light color from your tube for the foreground and a darker color for you background.
Open a new transparent image 600x250
Flood fill with your background color.
New raster layer. Flood fill with your foreground color.
Apply your mask on your second layer. Merge group.
Resize your tube if needed. Copy/paste as new layer, position to where you would prefer.
Appy Xero-Porcelain with these settings.
Or what ever looks good with your tube.
Apply Xero-Radiance with these settings.
Or what ever looks good with your tube.
Apply drop shadow of your choice.
Add a new raster layer, fill with your background color.
Selections/select all/modify contract by 2, hit delete. Keep selected fill with white
Selections/modify contract by 2 , hit delete. Fill with your background color again,
selections/modify contract by 2, hit delete. Select none.
Add your copy right info and name. I used a small gradient glow on the name.
To animate.
Duplicate raster layer 2 - 2 times for a total of 3.
On your first layer apply DSB Flux- Bright Noise, Intensity 25, mix
Do the same for the next 2 layers hitting the mix once for each layer.
Close you 2 copys . Highlight your top layer. Copy merged.
Take into Animation Shop, paste as new animation. Back into PSP hide the first layer and unhide the 2nd, again copy merge, back into animation shop and paste after current frame. Do the same for your last copy.
