This tutorial was written for those with a working knowledge of PSP. Please do not

Materials Needed:
PSP X3 or any version should work
Eye Candy 4000-Gradient Glow for text
Mask WSL-Mask 84 Here
Tube of your choice. I used the beautiful art of Caron Vinson
You can purchase her art at Creative Design Outlet
You Must have a Licenses to use her art.
Scrap Kit ScrapFoxy_IB-CaronVinson-2-2 can be purchased at
Lets begin.
Open a new transparent image 700x700
Open frame 2 resize by 65% copy/paste as new layer.
Using you Manuel Color Correction Source ECECEC Target FBE069 recolor the frame.
Click inside the frame with the magic wand tool. Selections/Modify/Expand by 2.
Open paper 1 resize by 65% copy/paste as new layer. Selections/invert. Hit delete on your keyboard.
Move the paper below the frame.
Open your tube resize if needed. Copy/paste as new layer position to the left in the frame. Click inside the frame again selections/modify/expand by 1.
Selections/invert with the eraser tool erase the bottom of the tube.
Open Element 12 resize by 65% copy /paste as new layer. Position to the left, duplicate image/free rotate 165 right.
Open Element 16 resize 55% copy/paste as new layer image/mirror, image/free rotate 19 left. Duplicate, image/mirror, image/free rotate 100 right position to the bottom left.
Duplicate the original element 16 image/free rotate 145 left move to the center left.

Open Element 2 resize by 35% copy/paste as new layer.
Duplicate image/flip
Open Element3 resize by 30% copy/paste as new layer image/mirror.
Open Element 6 resize by 25% copy/paste as new layer
Duplicate image/mirror, image/flip
Open Element 5 resize by 20% copy/paste as new layer
Duplicate
Duplicate image/flip image/mirror
Duplicate
Open Element 18 resize by 40% image/free rotate 71 left.
Open Element 9 resize by 28% image/free rotate 25 left.
Duplicate resize by 75% image/free rotate 40 right.
Duplicate resize 75/% image/free rotate 45 left.
Now that you have all your flowers you will see that you have a bit of the 3rd element 16 that needs to be erased.
Open Element 7 position to the right move to the bottom.
Duplicate image/flip, image/mirror.
Add a drop shadow of your choice.
Add a new layer fill with D8E6C2 move to bottom apply WSL_Mask84
Merge visible. Crop, Resize 500 pixels on the longest side.
Add your copyright info, word art and any name that you would like. I added a small Gradient Glow to the name in white.
Adjust/sharpen/unsharp mask Radius 15.00 Strenght 5 Clipping 4
