Materials Needed:

PSP X3 or any version should work.

Tube of choice. I am using the beautiful art of Rachel Anderson. Her art can be purchased at 

Creative Design Outlet You must have a license to use this art.

Scrap kit ScrapLHD_IB-RachelAnderson-13-2 by LadyHawwk.

Can be purchased at Creative Design Outlet.

Mask of choice . I used Mask-504 from Insatiable Dreams 

Lets Begin.

Open a new transparent image 700 x 700.

Open paper 8 - copy - paste as new layer.

Apply mask - merge group.

Open you tube - copy - paste as new layer. Position up and to the left a bit.

Open element 3 - resize - 75% - copy - paste as new layer.

Position down across the bottom of the tubes dress.

Open element 14 - resize - 65% - copy - paste as new layer. 

Position down over element 3.

Duplicate - image - mirror.

Open element 6 resize - 55%.

Position down and to the right - see my tag.

Open element 13 - resize - 75%.

Position down to the bottom over the leaves.

Open element 12 - copy - paste as a new layer.

Position down over the ribbon and to the right a bit.

Open element 1 -  resize - 45% - copy - paste as new layer.

Position down and to the right of the wagon wheel.

Open element 9 - resize - 30% - copy - paste as a new layer.

Position to the bottom and to the right. See my tag.

Duplicate - resize - 75% - see my tag for placement.

Duplicate - resize - 75% - see my tag for placement.

Open element 8 - resize - 30% - copy - paste as new layer.

Place down and under the first orange flower - see my tag.

Duplicate - resize - 75% - see my tag for placement.

Open element 7 - resize - 40% - copy - paste as a new layer.

Position down and to the right.

Open element 5 - resize - 25% - copy - paste as a new layer. 

Position on the watering can handle.

Open element 4 - resize - 15% - copy - paste as a new layer.

Image - free rotate - right - 20.

See my tag for placement.

Crop and resize.

Open word art 1 - resize 75% - copy - paste as new layer.

Merge visible - remember to sharpen.

Add © copyright information, license number and any text or name you want.
