Materials Needed:
PSP X3 or any version should work.
Tube of choice. I am using the awesome work of Anna Liwanag.
Can be purchased at Creative Design Outlet.
You must have a license to use this art.
Scrap Kit ScrapMonti_IB-JessicaDougherty-27-2 by Monti's Scraps.
Kit can be purchased at Creative Design Outlet.
Mask of choice. I am using gemsmask21 from Gems Taggin Scraps.
Font of choice. I an using ValentinaJF.
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow - for text.
Lets begin.
Open a new 700x700 transparent image.
Add a new raster layer - select all.
Open paper 3 - copy - paste into selection - select none.
Apply your mask - merge group - duplicate
See my tag for positions of elements.
Open element 13 - resize 85% - copy - paste as new layer.
Position up just a bit.
Open element 2 - resize 75% - copy - paste as new layer.
Duplicate - image - mirror - image - flip.
Move to the left a bit.
Open element 16 - resize 50% - copy - paste as new layer.
Duplicate - image - mirror.
Go back to the first rose - duplicate - resize 75%
Open your tube and resize as needed.
Move under the smallest rose.
Highlight the top layer.
Open element 18 - resize 40% - copy - paste as new layer.
Open element 8 - resize 65% - copy - paste as new layer.
Crop and resize to your liking.
Apply drop shadow of choice.
I added a lighter drop shadow to elements 13 and 2 than I did to everything else.
Sharpen all.

Add © copyright information, license number. Save as transparent png.
