Materials Needed:

PSP X3 or any version should work.
Tube of choice. I am using the some art of Enamorte.

You can purchase it at Creative Design Outlet.
You must have a license to use this art.
Scrap kit IB-Enamorte-23-2 by WDDesignz.
You can purchase it at Creative Design Outlet.
Mask of choice. I am using gemsmask207 from Gems Taggin Scraps.
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow for text.
Font of choice. I am using Arabella.


Lets begin.
Open a new 700x700 transparent image.
Open element 17 - resize 65% - free rotate 90 - left - copy - paste as new layer.
Click inside with the magic wand - expand - 4 - invert.
Open paper 2 resize 65% - copy - paste as new layer.
Move under the frame layer - hit delete on the keyboard.
Keep selected.
Open your tube - resize as needed - copy - paste as new layer - move under frame layer - position in frame - hit delete on the keyboard.
Select none.
Highlight the top layer.
Open element 11 resize 35% - free rotate - 90 - left - copy - paste as new layer.
Open element 15 - resize 45% - copy - paste as new layer.
Move under flower layer.
Open element 3 - resize 35% - copy - paste as new layer.
Move under flower layer.
Open element 8 - resize 65% - copy paste as new layer.
Duplicate - resize 85%
Highlight top layer.
Open element 9 - resize 20% - copy - paste as new layer.
Highlight the first candle - move under the ribbon layer - duplicate - arrange - send to the top - erase the bottom of the top candle.
Add a new raster layer and send to bottom if you don't already have one there.
Select all.
Open paper 4 - copy - paste into selection - select none.
Apply mask - merge group - resize 85% - move down and to the right a little bit or until your liking.
Crop and resize to your liking.
Apply drop shadow of choice.
Sharpen all.

Add © copyright information, license number. Save as transparent png.
