Materials Needed:
PSP X3 or any version should work.
Tube of choice. I am using the awesome art of Michi Art.
You can purchase it at Creative Design Outlet.
You must have a license to use this art.
Scrap kit IB-KarenMiddletonJan2014-bt by WDDesignz.

Mask of choice. I am using WSL_Mask84 by WeeScotsLass.
MuRa's Meister - Copies.
Xreo - Fritillary.
Font of choice. I am using
Lets begin.
Open a new 700x700 transparent image.
Open element 32 - resize 70% - copy - paste as new image.
Click inside with the magic wand - modify - expand - 4- invert.
Open paper 5 - resize 50% - copy paste as new layer - hit delete on the keyboard.
Move under frame layer.
Keep selected.
Open your tube - resize as needed - copy - paste as new layer.
Position in frame - hit delete on the keyboard.
Select none.
Move under frame layer.
Highlight the top layer.
Open element 6 - resize 60% - copy - paste as new layer.
Open element 27 - resize 40% - copy - paste as new layer.
Duplicate - free rotate - 90 - left.
Open element 17 - resize 30% - copy - paste as new layer.
Open element 14 - resize 25% - copy paste as new layer.
Open element 19 - resize 60% - image - mirror - copy - paste as new layer.
Position so that the right edge stick out side of the frame just a little bit and down.
With the magic wand click on the outside of the frame layer.
Highlight the ribbon and then hit delete on the keyboard.
Apply a drop shadow of choice to all elements and tube.
Open a new 700x700 transparent image - fill with #edc1c5.
Open element 27 - resize 85% - copy - paste as a new layer.
Apply MuRa's Meister - Copies as below.

Apply MuRa's Meister - Copies as below.
Merge visible - adjust - blur - gaussian blur - 10.00.
Apply Xreo - Fritillary - default settings.
Copy image - back to your tag - add a new raster layer and send to bottom if you don't already have a blank layer there.
Select all - paste into selection - select none - apply your mask - merge group.
I then took my pick tool and squeezed in the sides a little bit until I liked it.
Crop and resize to your liking, be sure to sharpen.
Open element 1 - resize 45% - copy - paste as new layer - add drop shadow - sharpen.
Add © copyright information and license number.
Add what ever name that you would like.
