PTU Winter Fun

This tutorial was written for those with a working knowledge of PSP.

Materials Needed:

PSP X3 or any version should work.
Tube of choice, one that has a close up. I am using the awesome work of
PinUp Toons.
Can be purchased at Creative Design Outlet.
You must have a license to use this art.
Scrap Kit ScrapMonti_IB-PinupToons-206-2 by Monti's Scraps.
Kit can be purchased at Creative Design Outlet.
Mask of choice. I am using WSL_Mask84 by WeeScotsLass.
MuRa's Meister - Clouds.
Xreo - Soft Vignette.
Font of choice. I am using Duvall


Lets begin.
Open a new 700x700 transparent image.
Open fram - resize 55% - copy - paste as new layer.
Click inside frame - modify - expand 4.
Add a new raster layer - move under frame layer.
Make you foreground 5f6683 and your background ecafaf.
Apply MuRa's Meister - Clouds default setting.
Keep selected.
Open your close up tube - resize as needed - image - mirror - copy - paste as new layer.
Move layer under the frame layer and position in frame as you like.
Selections - invert - hit delete on the keyboard.
Select none.
Duplicate your tube layer.
On the original tube apply Xreo - Soft Vignette.

Highlight the copy.

Change blend mode to Lumiance (L) - opacity to 70.

Highlight the top layer.

See my tag for position of tube and elements.

Open element17 - resize 80% - copy - paste as new layer.

Open element5 - resize 40% - copy - paste as a new layer.

Open your tube and resize as needed - copy - paste as new layer.

Open element2 - resize 53% - copy - paste as new layer.

Open element16 - resize 50% - copy - paste as new layer.

Move under the snowman layer.

Erase the small bit that is sticking out under the snowman.

Highlight top layer.

Open element18- resize 30% - copy - paste as new layer.

Open element19 - resize 25% - copy - paste as new layer.

If you don't already have a empty layer on the bottom add a new raster layer and send to the bottom.

Select all.

Open paper2 - copy - pate into selection - select none.

Apply mask - merge group.

Apply a drop shadow of choice to all elements and tube.

Crop and resize to your liking.

Open wordart - resize 50% - copy - paste as new layer.

Apply the same drop shadow.

Sharpen all elements.

Add © copyright information and license number.

Add what ever name that you would like.
