This tutorial was written for those with a working knowledge of PSP.

Materials Needed:
PSP X3 or any version should work.
Tube of choice. I am using the beautiful art of Jessica Daugherty.
You can get her art at Creative Design Outlet.
You must have a license to use her art.
Scrap Kit Winter Wonderland by Babycakes Scraps.
Kit can be purchased at Taggers Delight.
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Font of choice. I am using MeaCulpa.
Lets begin.
Open a new 851X315 transparent image.
Select all.
Open paper 10 - copy - paste into selection.
Select none.
Open scatters - resize 75% - copy - paste as new layer.
Move to the left just about half way.

Font of choice. I am using MeaCulpa.
Lets begin.
Open a new 851X315 transparent image.
Select all.
Open paper 10 - copy - paste into selection.
Select none.
Open scatters - resize 75% - copy - paste as new layer.
Move to the left just about half way.
Change blend mode to Luminance (Legancy).
Lower opacity to 75.
Duplicate - image mirror.
Open silver leaf - resize 55% - copy - paste as new layer.
Position to the far right.
Duplicate - image - mirror.
Open pine branch - resize 40% - image - mirror - free rotate - 55 - right - copy - paste as new layer.
Do not close as you will need it later.
Position to the top right.
Duplicate - image - mirror.
Paste again - free rotate - 23 - left.
Position below the first one on the right side.
Duplicate - image - mirror.
Open twig berries - resize 20% - copy - paste as new layer.
Position to the top left.
Move under the pine branch layers.
Duplicate - image - mirror.
Duplicate - move to the top - image - flip.
Duplicate - image - mirror.
Duplicate - image flip - position down to the right of the bottom one.
Duplicate - image - mirror.
Duplicate - move up and to the right a bit.
Duplicate - image - mirror.
Open the pine branch again - resize 40% - image mirror - free rotate 85 - left - erase the ribbon and flowers - copy - paste as new layer.
Position down and to the right.
Duplicate - image - mirror.
Duplicate - image - flip.
Duplicate - move to the far right.
You should have something like this.
Open button flake - resize 35% - copy - paste as new layer.
Position top right.
Duplicate - image - mirror.
Duplicate - image - flip - move down to the bottom.
Duplicate - image - mirror.
Duplicate - move up to about middle of the other two.
Duplicate - image - mirror.
Open silver flower - resize 45% - copy - paste as new layer.
Move to the bottom right and off the canvas just a bit.
Move on top of the bottom button flake layer.
Duplicate - image - mirror.
Open flower 2 - resize 40% - copy - paste as new layer.

Duplicate - image - mirror.
Open ribbon flower - resize 45% - copy - paste as new layer.
Duplicate - image - mirror.
Open your tube - resize as needed - copy - paste as new layer.
Add a new raster layer - fill with black - selections - select all - modify - contract 1 - hit delete on the keyboard.
Fill with 88959b - selections - modify - contract 2 - hit delete on the keyboard.
Fill with black - selections - modify - contract - 1 - hit delete on the keyboard.
Selections - select none.
Apply Gradient Glow - Glow size 3 - color - medium - 88959b.
Add drop shadow of choice. Be sure to sharpen.
Add © copyright information and license number.
Add what ever name that you would like.
For the Avatar.
Close the frame layer.
With the selection tool set to rectangle - custom selection - top - 0 - left -0 - right 180 - bottom - 180.
Move you tube up and position in the marching ants - copy merged.
Paste as new image.
Add new layer fill with black - selections - select all - modify - contract 1 - hit delete on the keyboard.
Fill with 88959b - selections - modify - contract 2 - hit delete on the keyboard.
Fill with black - selections - modify - contract - 1 - hit delete on the keyboard.
Selections - select none.
Apply Gradient Glow - Glow size 3 - color - medium - 88959b.
Add © copyright information and license number.
