PTU Reflections

This tutorial was written for those with a working knowledge of PSP.

Materials Needed:

PSP X3 or any version should work.
Tube of choice. I am using the beautiful work of VeryMany.
You can get her work at VeryMany Tubes.
You must have a license to use this art.
Scrap kit Dark Desires by WDDesignz.
You can get this beautiful kit at Whisprd Designz.
Xreo - Porcelain
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow for text.
Mask of choice. I am using gemsmask16 from Gems Taggin Scraps.
Font of choice. I am using Luna Bar.


Lets begin.
Open a new 700x700 transparent image.
Open frame 4 - resize 65% - copy - paste as new layer.
Click inside with the magic wand - modify - expand - 4.
Add a new raster layer - send to bottom - select all.
Open paper 10 - copy - paste into selection.
Selections - invert.
Open your tube - mirror - resize if needed - copy - paste as new layer.
Position in the frame - hit delete on the keyboard.
Select none.
Apply Xreo - Porcelain - default.
Effects - textured effects - texture.

Open your tube again - resize as needed - copy - paste as new layer.

Open element 37 - resize 65% - copy - paste as new layer.

Move above the frame layer - keep this layer highlighted.

Open element 13 - resize 45% - free rotate - 23 - right - copy - paste as new layer.

Open element 52 - resize 45 % - copy - paste as new layer.

Move under the violin layer. Keep highlighted.

Open element 63 - resize 35% - copy paste as new layer.

Highlight the top layer.

Open element 61 - resize 65% - mirror - copy - paste as new layer.

Erase the part of the steam that sticks out. Don't worry about the rest as it will be hidden with the next layer.

Open element 60 - resize 25% - copy paste as new layer.

Duplicate - resize 75%.

Duplicate - resize 75% - mirror.

Move this layer under the lights layer.

Add a new raster layer and send to bottom -  if you don't have an empty layer at the bottom.

Select all.

Open paper 9 - copy - paste into selection.

Select none.

Apply your mask - merge group - resize 90%.

Move down a little bit.

Apply a drop shadow of choice to all elements.

Crop and resize to your liking - be sure to sharpen.

Add © copyright information, license number and any text or name you want. Save as transparent png.
