This tutorial was written for those with a working knowledge of PSP.

Materials Needed:

PSP X3 or any version should work.
Tube of choice. I am using the beautiful work Michi Art.
You can purchase her art at Creative Design Outlet.
You must have a license to use her art.
Scrap kit ScrapWDD_BCAwareness-mini by WDDesignz.
Kit can be purchased at Creative Design Outlet.
Mask of choice. I am using gemsmask16 from Gems Taggin Scraps.
Font of choice. I am using. Bronze Script Personal Use.




Lets begin.
Open a new 700x700 transparent image.
Open element 51 - resize 70% - copy - paste as new layer.
Free rotate - 90 - left.
Move up and to the right a bit.
Duplicate - free rotate - 23 - left.
Mover under the other frame.
Click inside using the magic wand - selections - modify - 4 - invert.
Open paper 8 - resize 70% - copy paste as new layer.
Hit delete on the keyboard.
Move under frame.
Do the same with the top frame.
Highlight the top layer.
Open your tube - resize as needed - copy - paste as new layer.
Open element 9 - resize 65% - copy - paste as new layer.
Move under tube.
Highlight the top layer.
Open element 37 - resize 55% - copy - paste as new layer.
Open element 53 - resize 65 % - copy - paste as new layer.
Open element 53 - resize 40% - copy - paste as new layer.
Open element 32 - copy - paste as new layer.
Move above the top frame.
Keep this layer highlighted.
Open element 31 - resize 75% - copy - paste as new layer.
Move toward the bottom so that the sparkles stick out.
Add a new raster layer and send to bottom.
Select all.
Open paper 2 - copy - paste into selection.
Select none.
If using my mask - open free rotate - 90 - left.
Apply mask - merge group - resize 95%.
Crop and resize to your liking.
Highlight the top layer.
Open image 1 - resize 50% - copy - paste as new layer.
Add a drop shadow of choice. Be sure to sharpen all elements and tube.

Add © copyright information, license number and any text or name you want. Save as transparent png.
