Materials Needed:

PSP X3 or any version should work.
Tube of choice. I am using the beautiful work of Rossana Castellino.

You can purchase it at Creative Design Outlet.

You must have a license to use her art.
Scrap Kit ScrapBCS_IB-RossanaCastellino-2-3 by Babycakes Scraps.
You can get it at Creative Design Outlet.

Mask of choice. I am using gemsmask207 from  gemsmask set #205-213

You can get it at Gems Taggin Scraps

EyeCandy 4000 - Gradient Glow for text.
Font of choice. I am using a free font called Adine Kinberg Alternate.




Open a new 700x700 transparent image.
Open element 3 - copy - paste as new layer.
Duplicate -  image - mirror - merge down.
Duplicate - image - flip
 Move down a bit.
Merge visible - rename layer background.
See my tag for placement.
Open element 6 - image - mirror - copy - paste as new layer.
Duplicate - image - free rotate - 45 - left.
Duplicate - image - free rotate - 45 - left.
Open element 10 - copy - paste as new layer.
Duplicate - image - mirror - merge down.
Duplicate - image - flip - move down a little bit - merge down.
Open element 3 - copy - paste as new layer.
Duplicate.
Open element 9 - copy - place as new layer.
Open element 8 - copy - paste as new layer.
Open your tube - resize as needed - copy - paste as new layer.
Open element 4 - resize 75% - copy - paste as new layer.
Open element 16 - resize 75% - copy - paste as new layer.
Open element 15 - recolor using the Manual Color Correction.
Source - 000000 - Target - 003b77.
Copy - paste as new layer.
Apply EyeCandy 4000 - Gradient glow with the setting below.

Add a new raster layer and send to bottom.

Flood fill with 003b90 - apply your mask - merge group.

Resize 105% move down a bit.

Apply a drop shadow of choice to all elements and tube.

Crop and resize to your liking.

Be sure to sharpen.

Add © copyright information, license number and any text or name you want. Save as transparent png.
