Font of choice.
The font that I am using is a free font called Stalemate.
Lets get started.
Open a new 700x700 transparent image.
Open fr5 - resize 65% - copy - paste as new layer.
Don't worry about adding a background to your frame as the mask will be it.
But you can add one if you would like.
Open your tube and resize as needed - copy - paste as new layer.
Position on top of the frame.

Apply a drop shadow of choice.
With the magic wand tool click inside the frame.
Selections - invert.
Using the eraser tool erase the bottom half of your tube, or what you don't want coming out of the frame.
Selections - select - none.
See my tag for placement of the following.
Open e22 - resize 50% - copy - paste as new layer.
Duplicate - image - free rotate - 90 - left - image - flip.
Open e34 - resize 25% - copy - paste as new layer.
Duplicate - resize 65%.
Duplicate - resize 65%.
Open e40 - image - mirror - resize 25% - copy - paste as new layer.
Open e26 - resize 25% - copy - paste as new layer.
Using the pick tool rotate the bow to the left just a bit.
Add a new raster layer - arrange - send to bottom.
Selections - select all.
Open pp19 - copy - paste into selection.
Selection - select none.
Apply the mask - merge group - resize 85%.
Add a drop shadow of choice to all elements.
Crop and resize to your liking.
Be sure to sharpen.
Add © copyright information, license number and any text or name you want. Save as transparent png.
