This tutorial was written for those with a working knowledge of PSP.  Please do not 

copy or claim as your own.  Anything you produce from this tutorial is yours to do what 

you wish for personal use only.  No profit is to be made from your results.

Materials Needed:

PSP X3 or any version should work.

Tube of choice. I am using a beautiful tube by Ted Hammond.

You must have a license to use his art.

Scrap Kit Essence Of Spring By Dees' Sign Depot

Mask of choice. I used Vix_Mask404

Lets begin.

Open a new 600x700 transparent image.

Open frame 1 - resize 65% - copy - paste as a new image.

Click inside with the magic wand - selections - modify - expand - 4 - invert.

Open paper 8 - copy - paste as a new layer - delete.

Open your tube resize if needed - copy - paste as a new layer.

Position to where you want and then erase the parts that stick out that you don't want.

Select - none.

Highlight your raster one layer - Select all.

Open paper 2 - copy - paste into selection.

Apply your mask - using the pick tool pull the top and bottom of the mask till you like how it looks.

Open element 2 - resize 70% - copy - paste as new layer.

Position over to the left bottom corner of the frame.

Duplicate - image - mirror - image - free rotate - R - 50.00.

Position down to the right corner of the frame.

Open element 7 - resize 60% - copy - paste as new layer.

Image - free rotate - L - 47.00. 

Position down to the left.

Duplicate - image - free rotate - R - 113.00.

Position down in the middle.

Duplicate - image - flip.

Position down to the right.

Open element 24 - resize 60% - copy - paste as a new layer.

Position down to the right.

Duplicate - image - flip - image - free rotate - L - 119.00.

Position to the right.

Open element 3 - resize 50% - copy - paste as a new layer.

Duplicate - resize 75%.

Duplicate - resize 75%.

Open element 23 - resize 50% - copy - paste as a new layer.

Now this is all up to you and your liking. add what you want and where you want. I used the whole ribbon to just a small piece of it.

Open element 30 - resize 50% copy - paste as a new layer.

Again do the same as you did with the ribbon using and placing how ever you like.

Open element 37 - resize 45% copy - paste as new layer.

Position to the right.Open element 28 - resize 15% copy - paste as a new layer.

Add a drop shadow of your choice to all elements and tube.

Crop and resize.

Open word art 1 - resize 55% copy - paste as a new layer.

Position to the top of the frame.

Be sure to sharpen.

Add © copyright information, license number and any text or name you want. Save as transparent png.
