FTU Mr. Blue Jay

This tutorial was written for those with a working knowledge of PSP.  Please do not 
copy or claim as your own.  Anything you produce from this tutorial is yours to do what 
you wish for personal use only.  No profit is to be made from your results.

Materials Needed:
PSP X3 or any version should work.
Tube of choice. I am using the beautiful art of verymany.
You can purchase it at VeryMany Tubes
You must have a license to use this art.

Mask   WSL_Mask84 from Weescotslass Creations
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient glow



Lets get started.
Open a new 700x700 transparent image.
Fill with white - add a new raster layer - select all.
Open paper 5 copy - paste into selection.
Select none - apply mask - merge group.
Open frame 2 resize 75% - copy - paste as  new layer.
Position up a bit to just under the second horizontal line.


Highlight the original frame layer.
Image - free rotate - 25 - right.
Position up and to the left slightly.
Click inside the frame with the magic wand.
Selections - modify - expand - 5 - invert.
Open paper 1 resize 50% - copy - paste as new layer.
Position up into the frame - hit delete on the keyboard. 
Move this layer under the frame layer.
Highlight the other frame and do the same. 
I positioned my paper so the left blue corner was just in my frame.
Move under the frame layer.
Open element 39 - resize 75% - image - mirror - copy - paste as new layer.
Move this layer under your top frame layer. 
Position to the edge of the frame and slightly left.
Paste element 39 again - image - mirror.
Position it down to where the tip is on the frame.


Open element 36 - resize 65% - copy - paste a new layer.
Position to the left in your frame.
Move this layer under the first grass layer.
Make sure this is you top layer.
Open your tube and resize to your liking - copy -paste as new layer.

Open element 10 - image - mirror - copy - paste as new layer.
Position to the right corner of the top frame.
Move this layer under what should be your raster 6 layer, the 2nd element 39.
Open element 49 - resize 50% - copy - paste as new layer.
See my tag for position.
Move this layer above raster 6 and just under your tube.
Highlight raster 6 again should be your 2nd grass layer.
See my tag for placement of the following elements.
Open element 19 - resize 50% - image - free rotate - 10 - right.
Duplicate mirror - be sure to erase the steam that is showing.
Open element 5 - resize 55% - copy - paste a new layer.
Open element 11 - resize 80% - copy - paste as new layer.
Move this layer just below your tube layer.
Open element 29 - resize 40% - copy - paste as new later.
Duplicate - image - mirror.
Move these 2 layers above the lights.
Open element 25 - resize 30% - copy - paste as new layer.
Open element 38 - resize 75% - copy - paste as new layer.
Move this layer above raster 4. 
Position to where you would like. You may need to click inside your fame again to remove any excess or just erase it.
Highlight your top layer.
Open element 52 - resize 75% - copy - paste as new layer.
Apply EyeCandy4000 - Gradient Glow



Apply a drop shadow of choice to all elements, word art, and tube with the exception of element 36 and both elements 39.
Merge - visible - crop - resize - sharpen.
Add © copyright information, license number and any text or name you want. Save as transparent png.
