Fairy Designs Tutorials-2015

This tutorial was written for those with a working knowledge of PSP.

Materials Needed:

PSP X3 or any version should work.
Tube of choice. I am using the awesome art of Caron Vinson.
You can get her art at  Creative Design Outlet.
You must have a license to use her art.
Scrap Kit BeachTreasures by Foxy's Designz.
You can purchase the kit at Creative Design Outlet.
Mask of choice. I am using WSL_Mask84 by WeeScotsLass.
Font of choice. I am using Stalemate.
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow - for text.

Lets begin

Open a new 600x600 transparent image.

Open frame1 - resize 55% - copy - paste as new layer.

With the free hand selection tool set on point to point select around the frame close to the inside.

Selections - invert.

Open paper14 - copy paste as new layer.

Hit delete on the keyboard.

Move under frame layer.

Keep selected.

Open your tube - resize if needed - copy - paste as new layer.

Hit delete on the keyboard.

Move under frame layer.

 Highlight the top layer.

See my tag for placement.

Open element 27 - resize 55% - copy - paste as new layer.

Open element20 resize 55% - copy - paste as new layer.

Duplicate mirror.

Duplicate - resize 75% - image mirror.

Highlight top layer.

Open element45 - resize 65%.

Open element 28 - resize 45% - image - mirror.

Open element15 - resize 55% - image - mirror.

Open element19 - resize 55% - copy - paste as new layer.

Open element9 - resize 25% - copy - paste as new layer.

Add a new layer and send to bottom if you don't already have one there.

Select all.

Open paper13 - copy - paste into selection.

Select none.

Apply your mask - merge group - resize 90%.

Crop and resize to your liking.

Open element19 - resize 55% - copy - paste as new layer.

Be sure to sharpen all

Add © copyright information, license number. Save as transparent png.
