PTU Wishing On A Star

Fairy Designs Tutorials-2014
This tutorial is my own creation and written by me July 8, 2014. Any resemblance to others is purely coincidental.  
This tutorial was written for those with a working knowledge of PSP.
Please do not copy or claim as your own.  
 Anything you produce from this tutorial is yours to do what 
you wish for personal use only.  No profit is to be made from your results.

Materials Needed:
PSP X3 or any version should work.
Tube of choice. I am using the beautiful art of The Vintage Angel.
You can purchase her at at Creative Design Outlet.
You must have a license to use her art.
Scrap Kit IB-TheVintageAngel-8-1 by Babycakes Scraps.
You can purchase it at Creative Design Outlet.
Mask of choice. I am using DD_NM_2 set More New Mask by Dees'Sign Depot.
Font of choice. I am using ValentinaJF.
EyeCandy4000 - Gradient Glow for text.

Lets begin.
Open a new 600x600 transparent image.
Open element 14 - resize 75% - copy - paste as new image.
Click inside with the magic wand - modify -expand - 5- invert.
Open paper 8 - resize 50% - copy - paste as new layer.
Position in frame - hit delete on keyboard.
Keep selected.
Open your tube - resize as needed - copy - paste - as new layer.
Position in the frame.
Hit delete on the keyboard.
Selections - select none.
Open element 12 - resize 65% - copy - paste as new layer.
Duplicate - image - mirror.
Duplicate - image - flip.
Open element 18 - resize 18% - copy - paste as new layer.
Open element 10 - copy - paste as new layer.
Move under flower layers.
Duplicate - image - mirror.
Highlight your top layer.
Open element 16 - resize 75% - copy - paste as new layer.
Add a new raster layer - arrange - send to bottom.
Selections - select all.
Open paper 2 - copy - paste into selection.
Selections - select none.
Apply your mask - merge group - resize 90%.
Open element 8 - resize 80% - recolor sing using the manual color correction -Source - ffffff - Target - f3b190 - copy paste as new layer.
Move layer above the mask layer.
Add a drop shadow of choice. I did not add a drop shadow to the frame.
Crop and resize. I resized to 500 on longest side.
Open element 22 - resize 70% - this may be different depending on the size of your tag.
Recolor as before using - Source - 000000 - Target c25339 - copy - paste as new layer.
Be sure to sharpen your element's and tube.
Add © copyright information, license number and any text or name you want. Save as transparent png.
