Scrap Kit Fairy Frolics by Mellie Beans
Mask DD_NM1 from set More New Mask from Dees'Sign Depot
EyeCandy 4000 - Gradient Glow for text.
Lets get started.
Open a new 700x70 new transparent image.
Open frame2 - resize 75% - copy - paste as new image.
Using the magic wand click inside the frame.
Selections - modify - expand - 6 - invert.
Open paper3 - resize 75% - copy paste as new layer.
Hit delete on your keyboard.
Selections - select none.
Move this layer below the frame layer.
Stay on this layer as the following go under the frame layer.
See my tag for the placement of the following.
Open element6 - resize 75% - copy - paste as new layer.
You might have just a bit sticking out on either side.
Ussing the eraser tool - erase these bits.
Open element8 - resize 25% - copy - paste as a new layer.
Open element11 - resize 35% - copy paste as new layer.
Duplicate - move to the right but bring it down just a bit.
Again you will need to erase the bits sticking out the top.
Open element22 - resize 20% - copy paste as new layer.
Duplicate 4 times for a total of 5.
Mirror, rotate and position where ever you like.
Close all the layers except for the flowers and merge them visible.
Move this layer below the grass layer.
Again check for little bits that might stick out the bottom.
Open all of the layers.
Make sure you are on the top layer.
Open element19 - resize 15% - copy - paste as new layer.
Duplicate - image - mirror.
Open prettyju_cu_vrac19 (8) - resize - 30% - copy - paste as new layer.
I moved mine up a bit and then using the magic wand clicked the frame layer the back to the lamp layer and hit delete on the keyboard. This makes it a nice clean cut on the cords around the frame.
Open your tube and resize if needed - copy - paste as new laayer.
Add a drop shadow of choice to all elements.
Add a new raster layer - arrange send to bottom.
Selections - select all.
Open paper7 - Copy - paste into selection.
Appy mask - merge group - resize 105%.
Pull up just a little bit.
Duplicate - image - flip.
Crop and resize to your liking.
Open wa1 - resize 50% - copy - paste as new layer.
Recolor using the manual color correction.

Add © copyright information, license number and any text or name you want. Save as transparent png.
