PSP X3 or any version should work.
Tube of choice. I am using the awesome art of Michi Art.

You must have a license to use her art.
Scrap Kit My Black Emo by Crystals Creations.

Mask DD_NM_1 From the more new mask set, get it at Dees'Sign Depot.
EyeCandy 4000 - Gradient Glow for text.
Font of choice I am using Also.
Open a new 650x650 transparent image.
Change your foreground color to a dark color from your tube and the background to a medium color from your tube.
Make the forrground a foreground gradient - linear - angle -45 repeats - 4 - invert checked.
Flood fill you image with the gradient.
Apply your mask - merge group - resize 90% - image - mirror.
Add a new raster layer.
Change your foreground to black and the background to d0d0d0.
Make this a gradient with the same settings.
Fill the new raster layer with this gradient.
Apply your mask again - merge group - resize 85%.
Open ee2 - copy - paste as new layer.
See my tag for placement.
ee3 - resize 70% - mirror - free rotate -23 - left.
Duplicate - image - flip.
Move this layer below the first flower layer.
ee16 - resize 70%.
Move this layer between the first two flowers.
Open your tube and resize as needed - copy - paste as new layer.
ee14 - resize 45%.
Duplicate - mirror.
Position so that the black ball shows.
Erase any chain that sticks out.
Move both layers down under the flower layers.
ee19 - resize 25%.
ee24 - Resize 25%.
ee12 - resize 40%.
ee17 - resize 50%.
Move this layer under the first two flowers.
Add a drop shadow of choice.
Merge visible - crop - resize - sharpen
Add © copyright information, license number and any text or name you want.
Save as transparent png.
