PTU Awaiting Spring

This tutorial was written for those with a working knowledge of PSP.  Please do not 
copy or claim as your own.  Anything you produce from this tutorial is yours to do what 
you wish for personal use only.  No profit is to be made from your results.

Materials Needed:
PSP X3 or any version should work.
Tube of choice. I am using the beautiful art of Selina Fenech
You can purchase her art at Creative Design Outlet
You must have a license to use his art.
Scrap Kit Waiting For Spring by Dees'Sign Depot
Mask DDMask20 From New Mask 19-24
Xero - Radiance
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow 

Lets begin.
Open a new 700x850 transparent image.
Flood fill with white. I do this so that I can see where my mask is when I crop.
Open frame 6 - resize 75% - copy - paste as a new layer.
Image - mirror - free rotate - left - 6.
Click inside the frame using the magic wand.
Selections - modify - expand 30 - invert.
Open paper 8 - resize 65% - copy - paste as new layer.
Position under the frame - hit delete on your keyboard.
Select none.
Open your tube and resize if needed - copy - paste as a new layer.
Image - mirror - position to your liking.
Apply xero - radiance with these settings.

Open element 20 - copy - paste as new layer.
Open element 45 - copy - paste as a new layer.
Open element 22 - most of the steam - copy - paste as a new layer.
The next two elements go under your tube layer.
Open element 56 - resize 75% - copy - paste as a new layer.
Open element 18c - resize - 75% - copy - paste as a new layer.
Add a new layer and move it right above your white layer.
Selections - select all.
Open paper 14 - copy - paste into selection- select none.
Apply your mask - merge group - resize 90%.
Move your mask down just a bit.
Add a drop shadow of choice to all elements and your tube.
Crop and resize image to your liking - merge visible. Remember to sharpen.
Add © copyright information, license number and any text or name you want. Save as transparent png.
